Most of us are terrified of failure but you need to learn to start embracing it. Why? When you’re failing, you’re learning valuable lessons that can help improve. At ATI, we put a priority on constantly trying to shake things up. There was no punishment for making mistakes – as long as you learned from them. Not every ATI idea was a home run. ATI ESL program and ATI Management courses are examples of bad misses. But those failures led the company to have clearer insight on the types of businesses that were more in line with the ATI brand.
